To Change Light Mode: Short-press the power button to cycle through the different colored light therapies (e.g., Red, Blue, Green). The colors will change automatically with each press. 7. Relax in a comfortable position for your recommended session time (15-30 minutes). Avoid reading, using screens, or performing tasks that require focused vision. Post-Treatment & Care: 8. After your session, turn off the mask, disconnect it, and remove it from your face. 9. Cleanse your face if desired and follow with your regular skincare routine. 10. Gently wipe the inside of the mask with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Store the device in a clean, dry place.
