PERFECT BROW is a smart, highly pigmented, two-color brow pencil to enhance and define the natural shape of your brows creating well groomed, professional looking results. The marbleized colour creates natural brow hues. The built in spooly brush blends and grooms eyebrows.
Brush eyebrows upward with brush applicator, fill in with the pencil then brush and shape with applicator again afterwards. Ingredients: hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated palm glycerides, synthetic beeswax, copernicia cerifera (carnauba)wax , hydrogenated palm oil, glyceryl oleate, hydrogenated tallow, mica, ricinus communis (castor oil), propyl paraben, silica, tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, glyceryl stearate, lecithin, citric acid.
