The Alva Maestro Stainless Steel and Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set 7 Piece is a 7-piece set combining uncoated stainless and ceramic nonstick pieces, made from a five-ply stainless steel body with a ceramic nonstick cooking surface. The set covers the skillet sizes most kitchens reach for first. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. The five-ply construction spreads heat evenly and the nonstick surface keeps clean-up quick. The ceramic nonstick surface releases eggs, fish and pancakes with very little oil and wipes clean in seconds. Oven safe to 400F. It is made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Preheat over low to medium heat, add a little oil or butter and let each pan come up to temperature before the food goes in.
