The Alva Maestro Ceramic Nonstick Saute Pan with Lid 4-Qt is a 4-quart saute pan with lid, made from a forged aluminum body with a smooth ceramic nonstick surface. The straight sides and lid make this skillet as useful for braising and shallow frying as it is for searing. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. It heats quickly and evenly from edge to edge. The ceramic nonstick surface releases eggs, fish and pancakes with very little oil and wipes clean in seconds. Oven safe to 400F. It is made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Use it for one-pan dinners: brown first over a medium heat, then add liquid, drop the lid on and let it simmer.
