The Alva Maestro Ceramic Nonstick Crepe and Pancake Pan 10 Inch is a 10-inch crepe and pancake pan, made from a forged aluminum body with a smooth ceramic nonstick surface. The low sloping edge makes this skillet easy to swirl batter across and to slide food straight out of. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. It heats quickly and evenly from edge to edge. The ceramic nonstick surface releases eggs, fish and pancakes with very little oil and wipes clean in seconds. Oven safe to 400F. It is made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Keep the heat low to medium, use a thin film of butter and swirl the batter out to the low edge so it cooks evenly.
