The Alva Maestro Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set 12 Piece is a 12-piece set of pans, pots and lids, made from a forged aluminum body with a smooth ceramic nonstick surface. The set covers the skillet sizes most kitchens reach for first. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. It heats quickly and evenly from edge to edge. The ceramic nonstick surface releases eggs, fish and pancakes with very little oil and wipes clean in seconds. Oven safe to 400F. It is made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Preheat over low to medium heat, add a little oil or butter and let each pan come up to temperature before the food goes in.
