The Alva Energy Ceramic Nonstick Oval Fish Pan is an oval pan shaped for cooking whole fish, made from lightweight cast aluminum with a smooth ceramic nonstick surface. The long oval shape gives this skillet room for a whole fillet without bending it. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops. The cast aluminum body is light to lift and heats fast. The ceramic nonstick surface releases eggs, fish and pancakes with very little oil and wipes clean in seconds. Made for stovetop cooking rather than the oven. It is made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Lay the fish along the length of the pan, cook it skin-side down first and use the pour spout to drain the juices off at the end. Covered by an Alva 5-year limited warranty.
